A nurse wearing a wig works for NHS
I’m Gemma. I’m 30 years old mum of one child, full time nurse. I have alopecia and lost all my hair 3 years ago following the birth of my daughter. I want to share my hints and tips on wigs, beauty products and make up that make my day easier plus the ups and downs I face. Come along and join me.

I have lots of brand wigs like Jon Renau, Mimo wigs. When I got UniWigs wigs, I was excited to open the box. It’s Alice wig in Chocolate Caramel. I think it’s a day to day easy wear wig. she is a synthetic longer style Bob and she’s curled under at the bottom.
Alice pinned up, showing off the lace front-considering I cut the lace this is amazing. The chocolate caramel is a mahogany Brown that has some golden highlights

running through her. You know, actually I love that is so nice that reminds me of when I have my own hair years ago dye brown. Oh it’s lovely, she’s beautiful she feels very lightweight. The hair just moves so freely really natural-looking which I’m so excited. She is mono parted but that’s quite a large part. I like wigs a lace fronted and I like wigs that have either mono part or mono top so that it gives you some styling options. So that’s really great she’s got that mono mono part there.

This picture says it all. I am proud to be a nurse and to work for the NHS. In these difficult and uncertain time’s we will pull together and do our best as we always do. My NHS nurse colleagues sometimes ask to borrow my wigs. This is so cute and lovely.
